I have received wrong product the product shown was different and product sent is completely different and now I am trying to reach customer service representative they are not helping me with the refund process.

Color that have been mentioned was completely different and that I have received is completely different and since morning I am trying to reach out to customer service representative and all I am just hearing is computer recorded sound.

This is completely pathetic. Order ID is 190639. Please help me out to resolve this issue. Otherwise I will file a complaint with legal norms.

Anybody facing refund issues from ethnicroop.com, Please approach National Consumer Helpline (toll free number: [Protected]or [Protected]) (website- https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/). I personally faced the same issue but within a few days of filing a complaint on the above number my query was resolved and I received my full refund amount. NOTE: NCH IS COMPLETELY FREE
