Subject:- Return of material / not accepted due to Cheap quality and other reasons against our Order No 187719 Dated [Protected]for Rs. Rs.1799 + Rs. 100 = Rs.1899-00. (C.O.D) which is received on dated [Protected]at 2.10PM

Dear Sir,
The material was purchased against confirmed Order No187719 Dated [Protected]from you Ethnicroop , it was booked in the Name of Mrs. Rajni Saini , House No B-17/ 326, Mata Rani Chounk, Premgarh, Hoshiarpur Punjab- 146001 (Shipping and Delivery addresses both were same), and it is received on dated [Protected]at 2.10PM today.

After handed over the payment to you representative i saw the parcel and opened the same the suit was not as per quality , but product was not as per commitment of your company it should be Light Pink Sharara Suit (but was not) and it should be stitched (but was not) as per your online photos (Which is enclosed herewith).

It should be Heavy Georgette (Full Stitched but was not). it is very disappointing that the suit was not fully stitched and not upto the mark in Quality and it is not as per the committed by you. It is not at all the same quality, picture as shown on your online site.

There was difference in the displayed picture on the website and the actual item sent to us. So we ordered its return and refund of our money which is Rs.1799 + Rs. 100 = Rs.1899-00. This amount was paid as Cash on Delivery.

The company has asked us to return the item at our cost and also with a condition that it should reach them within five days of the delivery date. Or else they said no refund will be made and the parcel will not be accepted after 5 days. Since we are in Hoshiarpur in Punjab State and the company is in Surat it is nearly impossible for the courier to reach within this stipulated time.

This is a totally unfair practice designed to cheat the consumer and to push their goods under the disguise of such terms and conditions. How can a consumer guarantee the time frame on behalf of the courier.

Kindly refund the the above same amount in my Saving account through NEFT.
