I have singed the agreement with Easy days Marketing LLP for door step car wash Business at Bhubaneswar Odisha, but this company did not provide me the orders as per the agreement.
It a six months agreement period and i have paid 60k towards franchise fee, but during this 6 months they only provide me the business only of Rs4000/-. Now i asked them for refund my security deposited amount Rs20k which is included in 60k Franchise fee they did not respond me.
I have asked them because they were not providing me order as per the agreement and my one staff salary which is also mention in the agreement. In the Agreement there is clearly mentioned that company will provide minimum 2 orders on daily basis.
And after complete of 60 order company will pay the salary of one worker. But they providing me only 1 order in a day and that order also not confirm.

मैंने नवम्बर में ये बिजनेस लिया था रजिस्ट्रेशन और सामान के लिए 6999+30999=38000 रुपए भी दिए । जब तक पैसे नही दिए तब तक मेरे पास फॉलोअप के लिए डेली फोन और मैसेज आते थे। लेकिन पेमेंट होने के बाद फोन आने बंद हो गए । मैंने फोन किए तो किसी का कोई सही रिस्पॉन्स नही। अब तो फोन उठाना भी बंद कर दिए। कोई रिस्पॉन्स नही देता जितने भी नंबर मेरे पास हैं कोई भी फोन नहीं उठता। पहले तो बड़े बड़े अपने दिखाए अब फोन भी उठने बंद। मेरी आपसे रिक्वेस्ट है आप मेरा पैसा वापस कर दो अपना सामान वापस लेलो। Please refund my amount.
