I moved my household items from Pune to Bangalore on 21st April. Movers and Packers charged Rs.13,500 for insurance in the billing receipt but not shared any insurance policy for the same.

When insisted to give me insurance copy, they purchased a policy on 24th April i.e. on date of delivery of items but no amount is not mentioned in it. When checked for Policy number mentioned in policy, i couldn't able to find the policy number.

Moreover, the items were mishandled and damaged when I received the items. On calling the movers and packers, they don't pick up the phone. They forced me to transfer all pending amount before delivering of my goods.

The invoice number mentioned on issued insurance policy is not the same as mentioned in the invoices shared with me through whatsapp. Also, packers informed that same vehicle will provide service from door to door but they delivered in a vehicle which has items of different customer.

He promised to share GPS of vehicle for tracking but didn't provide after asking the packers to share with me. Packers charged me for unpacking of household but it didn't happen.

And delivered my goods at 10 PM and unloaded till 2 AM and left place after unloading the goods. Now, for my damaged and lost items, packer is not responding and multiple people are involved in it.
