Not delivered Rakhi

My sister had sent me a Rakhi from Ahmedabad on the occasion of raksha bandhan which was celebrated yesterday. Till today the courier company has not delivered the same. Please take necessary action and ask them to compensate for not delivering the item on time. I was very desperated due to non receipt of the same.
