My father (senior citizen) have booked mangoes for me from kalyan to Bhopal through dtdc courier Kalyan, dtdc center Name:Vikas Rane Mobile: [Protected]and he booked as per weight and not given any information regarding coverage cover.

And as he himself fill the form and guaranteed us that it will reach safely to bhopal within 3 to 4 working days so we believed and courier was sent to bhopal with D[Protected]but it delayed by week and the number of mangoes were missing from the box.

Also when the box was reached it was torn from both ends and it was in bad condition so all my mangoes were stale,mushy and oozy non eatable and i have to discard all.

So courier was not use for me also i lost money in the process when i complain in dtdc call center they replied it was under no coverage we cannot help in it also the dtdc office in kalyan did not refund my money and it was mental torture and behaviour was not good with customer.

I have video and photo after i received delivery please help me in this matter.As the experience with dtdc was very disappointing and torture waste of time and money.
