This side sonia, I have a complain about a courier delivery boy (who's name is ram), I got a call today (11, May-2022) at around 1:30 pm the delivery boy said we have your courier do come n collect it ( from DTDC courier office C1 janak Puri new delhi 110059).

And I ask to him kindly deliver this to my address I can't come then he said I came near to your home n I returned to my office (in rudely way), you come n collect it by yourself and disconnect the call than after I call him again.

I ask him again for deliver my courier I can't come to your office my home is near to the DTDC courier office I send you my location you kindly send me my parcel then he just again disconnect the call without say a single word after that I call him many times.

But he didn't answer my phone calls, it's a important courier for me but he didn't listen any thing he just cut the call (z[Protected]courier tracking no.) ([Protected]delivery boy no.).

Kindly do take action to my complain, kindly resolve this thank you very much.
