I ordered in Dominos Pizza and the bill was 1081 INR. The items were delivered and I gave 1100 INR, a tip of 19 INR. Reaching home, I realised 3 of my items were missing and one of the item was replaced with another item which 30 INR cheap(was informed earlier by the restaurant) but was not adjusted in the bill.
I called the restaurant and asked them about the missing items and the adjustment of the bill. They informed that they would deliver it, on the first call. On the second call, they informed that all the items would be refunded with money in my dominos valet. I asked them not to refund.
It in dominos valet as I had paid in cash and I wanted it back in cash or in my bank account as I didn’t want to buy from dominos again. 2-4 calls later, they left me hanging and refunded it on the valet which I can use it only for buying in their restaurant again. They have cheated me of 150 rupees because, not only have they not delivered my items.
But also have not refunded me with cash or in my bank account and are forcing me to use that 150 to buy something from their restaurant. Why should I be punished for services that they didn’t deliver. I want the 150 rupees refund back and the 19 rupees tip back. They have harassed me and have faced mental torture because of this incident.
