I have taken personal loan from DMI on Jan. First 3 months due to technical problem from DMI they had sent me razor pay link so I have paid through it.
Even after paying EMI , DMI tried to debit the more than 2k from each month saying late payment charges and cheque bounce charges, which is not acceptable.
From 4 th month onwards the EMI got debited automatically through ECS from DMI, even after debuting the EMI on time automatically also, DMI trying to debit the EMI again and again in every month.
Now my account is minus 9k, I want a refund of it to pay the further EMI.
I need a call back from DMI manager to the below number
