I paid an amount of Rs. 11800/- to a digital marketing company with the name of digital spider, more than 50 days have been passed but they are not providing me the service and they are also denying the refund.

I made several phone calls and messages to the company but they are not replying to any of them, so i am considering this as a fraud made to me by company so like to use my legal rights to resolve this issue.
