Recently I came across below link at Instagram for Valsad - Dharampur Mangoes. The sender claimed to be in Surat, Gujarat. https://www.instagram.com/p/CdP2l1IjIMS/

So I contacted the seller Mr Devans Bhutoria (Devansh Jain) on Whatapp at his number [Protected]to buy mangoes. The deal was done in 1500 for 10 KG box. As per him, 50 % advance payment and rest 50 % once he shares courier slip with tracking details.

So I made 50 % payment that is 750/- as advance and after several follow-ups, the seller Devansh shared Amazon Shipping tracking number [Protected]next day and he said he will not dispatch the courier until I make remaining payment so I made remaining payment 750 % instantly.

I made payments via Google Pay and I have attached screen captures with transaction details. I kept tracking the courier with tracking details and status was also changing so I was waiting for the courier to get delivered at my home.

First I received below SMS from Amazon Shipping : Shipped: You have a package from S. S LOGISTICS. Your package will arrive on Friday, 13 May.Track package at https://amzn.in/d/1TxEjdh

And on the date of delivery, I received below SMS : Unfortunately, a problem occurred during shipping and we had to cancel your delivery. Please contact S. S LOGISTICS for help with this package.Track package at https://amzn.in/d/92SEaOv

This states that the seller Devansh had created a fake courier tracking and on the date of delivery, he cancelled the delivery by giving any other reason. Now when I call him, he doesn't pick up the phone or he is not responding to my messages.

Once when he picked up the phone, he kept saying that he delivered mangoes and he already shared the courier receipt. He was not even ready to further check the courier tracking and kept saying he already sent mangoes and I am wrongly saying that I didn't receive mangoes.

Anyway, now I am not much concerned about 1500/- rs that I lost in this online fraud. However I just want to make sure that this guy Devansh Jain or Devans Bhutoria shouldn't trap or dupe any other innocent customer.

And hence he must be banned or delisted from market and also he must be thoroughly investigated for the wrong doings he is involved in via such online scam/fraud.
