Designer Burqa Store: Not exchanging the product and is not accepting to refund

I have ordered burqa on 29sept 2020 and paid Rs750. I received a different burqa that is of 650. I called the company they are not accepting their mistake and forcing me to courier it to Delhi. After receiving the courier they will refund me. But these people are not trust worthy.

Ive ordered pink printed shrug abaya of rs 999 on 5th October 2023 from designer burka store app without creating my account first but made online payment n my amount has been paid but im not getting any updates regarding my order id number. I want to know that dont cancel my order n please deliver it as i created account after placing the order so i request you to deliver my pink printed shrug eid collection abaya as i paid its amount through online mode.
