I placed an order for a maternity pillow on 14 may & the delivery was attempted on 16 & he refused to deliver the package as he dint want to climb 3 floors & he is mentioned reason as non-payment.
There is no response from Amazon as well. I continuously followed up & the delivery was reattempted yesterday but i did not receive any call from the executive & the order was cancelled.
Today I again received call from the delivery partner but he refused to deliver.
Partner Name: Moses Joe [Protected]
Previous partner: Vignesh KRV [Protected]
He told his manager name is Vikram & he has no issue if i complaint against him. I need a legal action to be taken against both the companies. Amazon & Delhivery.com.
