2 of my packages are coming from Bhopal through Delhivery service. For one the estimated delivery date was 4th May and for the other 5th May. I went to their corporate office in sector 44 today.
Their their CRM tells me that the delay is because they’ve acquired Spot On and the IPO is coming out shortly and hence they’re busy with it. How unfair. This after taking money from me in advance.
The tracking details show the movement from Bilaspur to Gurgaon and then back to Bilaspur. This has been done repeatedly. The CRM says he has gone out of his way to help me. How? He needs to tell me.
