on 6/02/2022 I tried to recharge my Jio mobile [Protected]f 75 Rs. and today on 7/02/2022 again tried to recharge the same mobile number by Rs. 149 but both got failed and money is deducted from my account.
Kindly give me some way to recharge the phone and give the suggestions how to get refund of the money So please do the needful or refund the amount. The payment of Rs 74 was done by credit card yesterday and Rs 149 is done today by ATM card.
In both the payment method the charges are deducted but till now i have not received any claim voucher or refund of the money. although I am registered but today I am not able to get logged in, due to this I tried to get change the password so OTP received to modified is not accepted in login so i can not able to see the deals about the activities.
Order ids of both the recharge trial are BUYPRV_[Protected]DATED 0[Protected]AND BUYPRV_[Protected]DATE 0[Protected]so now very the transactions and do the necessary action so that my problem get solved. Try to refund the first recharge value of Rs. 74.
