I ordered a product from Curve Muse bearing order number #CM1383 from its website. https://curvemuse21.myshopify.com/. The product was totally different from what was shown on the website in terms of color, size, quality, shape, and design. The cloth material is extremely poor in quality and is worthless. At time of delivery, I paid Rs 600 in cash. The delivery was done by Shiprocket. After opening the product, I was shocked. I immediately put the request to initiate return and refund on their contact email as there was no option of customer care or return on their website. However I have not received any response yet.

This curve muse is a biggest fraud.. there is neither cancel option nor to return the product.. my money is fully wasted
