My self ALVIN from Rajpura PATIALA PUNJAB,
I buy new Crompton company 25 liter gizer on 30th October at afternoon the installation person came to my place to install gizer, When he install gizer he Drill in our bathroom fresh water pipe line,after he gone from our home we switch out water moter to refill our water tank, at that time we noticed that our fresh water pipe line is damage.

We call that person back at that time but that person not pick our call, we trying so many time to that agency which send us that person but thay r aslo not pic our phone call, then we call back on Crompton costmer care center & tell them all mater but they r not taking that mater seriously, they give us a mail id to file complaint but that mail id is also not working.

Crompton Greaves company installation reason damage our bathroom fresh water pipe line at the time of installation of new gizer.

I complaint against it on Crompton customer care center but they are not helping us,
The expense of all this is very high but Crompton company is not cooperating with us,
So plz help me I am helpless plz plz help us to recover all our amount of money.
