Hey I'm Anushka Shashi from Ahemdabad, Gujarat I have purchased 4 mobile cover online from a website but they have sent me one wrong item and they have a return and refund policy that in 7-10 days.
They will refund the amount but now it's been more than 2 months but they haven't sent me refund and also whenever I call them or try to contact them, they always say the same thing repeated thing that they having technical issues and all.
It's more than 2 months now and I haven't still received they clearly don't want to refund my amount. First off they have only sent me the wrong product and now not giving my amount back.
