I ordered a Symphony Diet 30 55i Tower Air Cooler 55-L on 03/04/2021. I'm unable to track my order. The customer care service is also not picking up calls. They don't even reply to Mails silent to them.

Can't believe people can be so criminal minded to commit frauds like this.

Before you place the order they assure you that they'll deliver the order within a week but after you pay the money they just don't pick up your calls or reply to e-mails sent to them and even if they do pick up your calls they give Covid as a reason of delay of date of dispatch.

I doubted the legitimacy of website at first but as it was displayed among top priority in Google search when I searched for the product I ended up buying from Cosmoskraft.com but it was a huge mistake.

After some days people started submitting complaint here and I came to know that they're Fraudsters. I hope there's some legal action taken against these Fraudsters and they're behind the bars!
