Cheated issue - Cosmoskraft.com Purchase

This is regarding a cheated issue which i am facing on Cosmoskraft.com online purchase. I have ordered Symphony Air Cooler 70i model one month back ( April 7th evening) on Cosmos kraft for Rs.13719 and payment was successful through PAYU gateway. PFB order and transaction id for reference. Order ID: 701186,

I have tried to contact Cosmoskraft customer care service several times but I did not get any response till now. Its already one month over since I placed order. I have email conversations with us which I communicated with cosmos Kraft. I have sent my brother in Delhi to visit Cosmos kraft office and got to know office itself not available in mentioned location and it is fraud.
Please let me know how to refund amount (Rs.13719) and contact my mail id for any further information if required.
