I purchased two corfom mattress, which sagged within its guarantee period. Now i have called many times to company and also call to executive also to replace the mattress.

But customer care staff is not sending any representative at my home, even after several calls. I am calling for the last 5 months. No one in the company cares for the customer.

Mattresses are very bad. Also the service is very bad. Guarantee is fake. They do not lodge complaint and they do not give complaint number. Please do not purchase any item of this company.

I am thinking of going to consumer forum/court.
