Order no. CK15169 keyboard for MI pad5 item received but the it is not working and not even getting on. Not at all charging. Issue raise within 24hrs. But they are not ready to refund the amount. Saying we don't have refund policy. It's been almost 15days running behind them. Now they are saying it's working its working fine we will sent it back. But no refund.
