Dear Team,
I am writing to inform you that my account was manipulated by the coincred IT team. I had 108 Gander coins, of which 100 were given as an airdrop and 8 were purchased by me. It is unfortunate that out of the 108 coins, I have only been given 10. Additionally, without my consent, the IT team sold some other coins I had purchased, such as Shiba Inu and ADA.

I have raised the issue with customer care, and through several communications,but they have only told me stories of hide and seek. I do not need anything, but I just want to know who gave them the authority to sell my coins without my consent.

Furthermore, I have sold some coins by myself, but I have not received payment for them yet, and my transaction history has been cleared, moreover on withdrawal they say you don't have any deposit till date, for the same i provide all the necessary payment proofs and their acknowledged communications but still they are not satisfied,they have breached the trust. I request that you solve this matter as soon as possible.
