I heard your name for pgs but actually what i found is totally unexpected. My move in date was 1 April 2023, I informed Shraddha as well but they had given the room (which i selected for my stay) to another girls without asking me. My mother came with me to help me to make shift in pg but they denied to give accommodation only for one day to her at late night. I want to ask you what is this behavior. Is humanity still exists?. I kept my luggage sometime there in pg but Shraddha told me to take my luggage back if I am not moving on 1 april with full payment.
Please let me know one thing why will I give you full payment if I was not getting the room which i had selected and the second thing I had made payment already of 5000, how could you asked me to take my luggage, even i had made payment then you can assume that 5000 as my stay for 1 day as hotel expenses but still your salesperson shraddha misbehaved and asked to take the luggage at late night. I am very disappointed with coho and will never suggest to anyone.
Please i request you to refund my token money of Rs. 5000. if you want you can deduct 10% as charges. Please be kind and refund as soon as possible . It will be very grateful to you.
