i have booked ticket from bhopal to balaghat, 13-aug-2022 12:50 am, when i was on the location bus came 15min late, i was fine with that, bus driver told us, bus wants some service so it won’t take much time, and he said always the and time passed till 6am in the morning. and when i went to the charted office for refund they said we can’t give your money back. and said do whatever you want to do. and urgent meeting was planned there, i booked a return ticket also, that is also wasted. i request you please provide me my compensation and about my time, return ticket and my meeting.
