I am subhash ordered Samsung s21 plus from cellplaza. Courier arrived but my product not in side seller send me samsung j4 2gb 16gb phone that also in dead condition worth 2000 or 2500. l already paid 20500 Paid via upi to delivery agent.
I have sent many mails to cell plaza customer care but no resolution. Its completely scam and fraud.
I have there number also but they never pickup the call.

i recently ordered a product from cellplaza.in worth 40k which I paid to the delivery agent via upi. When i opened the parcel i got a damaged cheap Techno spark not worth more than 2k in box. i called him on the number given on their website which is [Protected], initially he picked up and said its an error u will get a replacement parcel in 2 or 3 days. Since then that bastard neither picked up the phone nor responded to my messages. i never got any replacement parcel. Please be aware of this website. and plz plz plz when u even order from any website which is not known like amazon, flipkart. always open the parcel before paying to delivery agent.. take cell plaza down as soon as possible

I mail you so many times and called you so many times but no response. Please raise a request for return item and please refund my money. I hope you understanding my situation that how much hard work im doing to earn money and you people are doing scam and cheating customer. Please refund my money.
