HSRP Number plate not delivered by the appointment date

For Affixing the HSRP number plate appointment date was provided on 27th Dec 2023, but CELEX has shipped the number plate only on 26th Dec 2023 and shipment supposed to travel to Mysore from Kolkata. How can they expect it will reach in a night and get it affixed to the car.
When asked to provide the details they are asking to wait till 1st of Jan and if they are not able to provide by scheduled appointment date then why they have provided this date. This is making mockery of the customers.
