I have a loan from CASHE. I was paying this on smooth way but presently due to my younger sister’s cancer problem i have spend lot of money on her treatment. From August i am also facing hearing issue. I already shared medical documents of my sister as well mine to Cashe customer care as well recovery team. I ask them time in Sep to pay this on after 25th of Nov to arrange money.
They offer me 90k in Sep to settle this and ask to pay 4700 that time and said that pay in November. Bit they do restructure this case and again asking EMI. Now i shared all mail to them then also they are calling to my contact list. I already inform that due to hearing issue can’t take call but was answer on sms.
They always threaten to again make call to my relatives and use abusing language with them. They also doing same as well. Please help to resolve this. I am ready to settle this and will get money on or before 25th. I also send mail to them for same but no any response and making call to my relatives.
