I had paid rupee s 20000 to carnextautomobile vashi office to sales person malti. As per terms and conditions booking amount is non refundable or will be processed withing 60 days. When i clarified about booking amount refund they said its refundable and after that i made payment of 20000 rupees to them on 3rd april 2021 for buying car and now i want to cancel the booking and they are not paying back my booking amount to me.

I want refund of my twenty thousand rupees as early as possible. There customer care is also non responsive. They dont pick up the call and even if they pick up after hearing about booking cancellation they drop up the call. I think they are doing fraud with people as they dont have proper email id and call center.

I am worried about my twenty thousand rs. In this pandemic situation as its means lot to me, kindly do the need full and help to to get out of this situation as early as possible and take strict action against them so in future they will not cheat with people and stop there fraud and a scam cheating business soon.
