Redcarpet recovery agents hacked our mobile contacts and calling my relatives and friends to asking my outstanding amount by sharing payment link as well doing harassment by using abuse words and frequent continues calls to all. Due to Cocos we helped some of our friends hence we had to be defaulter due to medical expenses.

However requested time to pay as and when have some amount in hand. Right now have expenses to my family medical and kids survival which they asking to stop that expense and pay the outstanding which I can't. Pls look into this serious harassment as this may lead suicide if people are taking seriously.

On the respect between their relatives and friends. Overall the behaviour of Red carpet recovery agents are talks like goons. Need some time to payoff if not able to wait they can update in cibil except they don't have rights even though the mandatory permission is taken from customer while giving loan. Pls stop harassing this way.
