I ordered flowers and card from this app with a total of 670 rupees. The time slot was given between 11 am to 3pm when the order didnt came even after 3 i tried to reacj tl them when I was finally able to reach to them after 1 hour of asking about the whereabous of my order they told me that my the flowers were not in stock and that could they send me a cake.

This was when I from my side asked them with strictness. After that when o asked for refund they replied they would initially within 2 business days and then when i asked to refund it now due to the fact that the terms lf the agreement made was not fulfilled amd there was breach of duty from there end they very unprofessionally said to me that we are busy with processing orders at the moment so we will not be able to adress your issue.

Not only the breached the contract they also denied their responsibility.
