My daughter and their friends went for dinner at restaurant cafe terazza in indore MP. They charged extra on every food item and increased the billing amount as in their digital menu prices were less than the amount they actually charged on almost every item.
When i called them they agreed their mistake but are not agreeing to refund the amount as they made 4 to 5 no. of frauds which they call it mistake. I also have call recordings of conversation i called them for complaining.
As their manager is not ready to refund after making fraud and also after admitting they made mistakes then too they are not refunding the amount.
