Due to some medical emergency, i couldn't pay emi on time. I have emailed the team about the same that I need a settlement as i was going through some major financial crisis. A person from [Protected]started calling me continuously and converting my audio call to video call . i kept on rejecting his video call but he still didn't stopped. I have already raise a police complaint about the same.But this has to be stopped somewhere....

I have clear off my all dues as per given foreclosure amount in the month of Dec 21 and that time there where no question regarding my pending dues suddenly after a year NAVI is forcing and calling me to about 2 pending EMI. They are calling me every day almost 4 times a day as well sending threat massages me.

Either the person Mr. Roy who share me final foreclosure amount or NAVI did fraud. I ask Roy to assist here but he left company but he can do he was a past employee and know what he did but again if he did fraud definitely he will not assist. I am not sure what to do here really difficult....

I continuously get N number of calls day in day out. The height of shamelessness, they start calling from 6AM till post 11:55PM and that too on whatsapp, personal number family member's number and speak very arrogantly and use abusive language.

I got a call today morning and a lady & a guy used abusive language I feel ashamed to even repeat those abusive words. They spoiled my day, they have been harassing mentally so bad. Please help me file a complaint against them and get help.

I had taken a personal loan of 1lac from Navi, due to some medical emergency we requested to change the date of EMI and postpone it to couple of days so that no any EMI bounces. They agreed for the same and asked me to pay the first EMI and then they will change the date from next EMI but they did not fulfill their promise. I have been paying EMI on time as I promised to their support system.

Support system always apologize for the misbehave and malpractice by the collection team and collection team keeps doing malpractices. This has to stop somewhere. They are voileting all the guidelines of collections practices, they making people's lives hell. They abuse, humiliate and keep harassing people in the name of collection....

Navi app is irritating me every now and then and they are sending a mails and messages every 30 mins take insurance take personal loan take home loan whey they are not willing to provide loan why they are sending simply messages

And mails please take a necessity action against this company they are just fooling the customers please find grievance address [PROTECTED]@navi.com...

Sir I got a call from Navi here is details contact no [Protected]Deepak name no of time I gave a call but he is asking me debit card no and bank details I have paid 1560 amount kindly taken action against this matter sir plz....
