I have an account in my11circle game website,but i am unable to withdrwal money from my11circle account bacause this game site is showing my age below18 year which is totally wrong &kyc document not uploaded properly and i am unable to upload kyc document again because retry and upload now both tabs are not working properly from last 3 weeks. I have contacted my11circle customer care service several times by email but they have not resolved my issue. Customer care contact number is not exist in website.

Aap ka game accha nahi hai mi kitni bar khelta hu but har vakt alag padsward mangta gai aur fir add cash bolta hai aur hamari purani cash gayb hoti hai....

I deposited money on my11circle after playing some contests I wanted to withdraw my money. For that I uploaded my adhar card pdf after which they directly blocked my kyc verification process due to which I'm unable to withdraw my money.

I mailed them many times but they don't provide any solution instead they reply with their standard formats of replies. They are not providing me option to re submit my kyc documents....

Sir ... Mene my 11 circle app download kiya h usme mene pese add kiye the game khelne k liye .But usme 18+ se kam ki age k bachhe nahi khel skte to mene usme pese add kr diye ab bo withdraw nahi ho rahe h .

To usme na to ye notice tha ki 18+se kam k bachhe nahi khel skte or nahi khel skte to hamre pese withdraw kara de.
