Hello respected/sir ma'am, I'm vipin kumar from dehradun uttarakhand writing filling this complaint against a fantasy app named "My11 Circle". is a fantasy app & website in which people play & invest money in sports. So I also invest my money & I won 160 rupees, but when I tried to withdraw my money it didn't withdraw.

Then I reported the company but got no useful response. I have requested the company many times for withdrawal but their autoresponder always reply the same again & again. They have not complied on their withdrawal policy as they provided in their policy that maximum time for bank withdrawal is 72 hours.

I have requested my withdrawal & it displayed that your money will be processed within days & the maximum time of processing is 72 hours but today it's been more than 72 hours but I have not received my money yet in my bank account.

This made me inconvenience as a citizen of India I want to file a case against "My11 Circle".For not complying on their policy....

I'm a player of my11circle fantasy cricket last few days my kyc verification is getting verified due to this problem i can't withdraw my winning amount.

So please help me....

Dear Sir, I had made my new account on my11circle but when I withdrawing amount its not doing because my document was linked to my old account so now please help me for document verification or suggest to transfer the money from my new account to other or tell us how to re-upload the document is it worked.

If I deactivate my old account does document will get verified My account is linked with bank but issue is my document was linked to my old account but I had played with my new account and also I had uploaded the document which I was uploaded in first account so they are telling document is linked with other account.

But that account is mine, is it possible to shuffle that money to my old account or give me solution to re-upload the document with new account As I time of transfer or making withdraw request it is not accepting as my document verification is showing failed on kyc verification as my document was linked by my old account....

Firstly, the minimum amount of deposit is 25 and withdraw is 100. They ask me to deposit money and then they ask me about my details I accidentally fill my age below 18. Now there is no option to change it and also I can't get my money which I deposit.

If my age is low and I am not able to play then why you deposit my money and now there is no option to get it back....

I can not login to my11circle account since the account had already been created months ago as well a sum of Rs 1410.00 is also available in my account.Please suggest and be solved the problem so that I could enjoy playing in the existing tournament as and when needed....
