Mera KYC verification fail ho gaya hai so mujhe FIR se apna Aadhar Card upload karna DJ aur akshay Karen ki jawab uploaded documents hi nahin hai to mujhe fir se Aadhar Card load karne dijiye jisse 12 KYC ho sake....

Sir maine my 11 circle app download kiya or usme Glti se 1000 rs. add kar diya but jab main use withdraw kar rha hu to nhi ho rha hai. Oh sirf wining prize hi withdraw dikha rha hai....

In my 11 circle I have opened account more than 17 days before. I did deposited money in this app, after then I have updated my adhar card for KYC verification, but more than 8 days gone

But they didn't verified my KYC verification even they didn't make it failed, they just only shows under review documents, after then I've started messaging on email and also in facebook app more than 100 times i have message in both platforms with most of difficulties they make it failed,

But when I've uploaded my adhar card again then they said that they will back to me within 24-48 hours but again more than 5 days gone but they didn't back to me. Now since 5 days they stopped replying my message on email and also from facebook.

After these things I have started texting them in insta but after some some time they have started repeating the same answer every time they says every time that I should text on my 11 circle app's email but as I have already said that they are not replying my message.

But every time they replies same. Many time I've. Told them that my name mistaken in the app thas why my KYC is not being verified but they are fixing my account issue.

I don't know what to do and how to do, i told them to guide me but they are not co-operating with me....

I received a cashback from PAYTM as 2000 Rupees bonus on adding 1000 rupees to the MY11CIRCLE Account and I added 1000 to the MY11CIRCLE Account on 31st October, 2021 and after adding money it is showing that kyc is pending for approval.

My name is Tanmay. Yesterday I installed a app of the company name my11circle fantasy cricket app. I joined a contest of 13000 but they abandoned the contest. But when I want to withdraw my money back they are not showing in withdrawal section.

I mailed them a lot but they are system automated replies.I am trying to contact them but they don't even provided any toll-free number to contact. And there are lot of people who are facing this problem and no one is solving it.

This company is making crores by false utilization of there platform. If money can be deposited from the bank by them than why it cannot be refunded.They are forcing to play more by the money because you can't get it back....

From last seven days I was trying to update my KYC documents but system has denied to upload after several mail communication the was rectified and they have corrected the same but in the same time they have blocked my user account.

Now I am able to see the account but I am not able do any transaction like Play cash contest, add cash, withdraw my winning money. From last 3 day's several mail and complain was lodged by me but same system generated message was conveyed by there side.

I choose the male option instead of female mistakenly & that's why my kyc isn't uploaded & I didn't able to withdraw my money. Under this circumstances Please help me to edit the details for kyc & change the male option to female.

And please upload my kyc as soon as possible & help to withdraw the money....
