At first in fiverr I have applied for a part time job application and they have asked me for my personal details. So that I have decided to provide them and they just asked me to sign on a blank notebook and I did in the provide Google form after that they have started to do and now they are saying that we have filed a case on you so that you have to pay 7079 rs if only your case will be removed otherwise we will proceed legally.

And they are saying incase you haven't paid the amount you need to attend court which is in surat, Gujarat physically and might be charged upto 40-50 thousand.I’m in a point not knowing what to do so that I have gone to the nearby police station they told me that’s a fraud and it’s better to make a complain in consumercomplaintscourt so that I have made a complaint. Hope you will help me. There are many people were trapped in this fraud company please help us....

They had took sign on empty paper and now they are demanding money and blackmailing they have registered case against Mae they didn't give any training nothing now they are blackmailing while registering they send one empty document where they took sign now they are sending same with writing where. It's mentioned in have signed to payout after getting any service as they not provide any service they are asking for 7079 amount otherwise I have to go Surat jugrat go resolving the issue so please take a strict action against them they are harassing me they have called on me NAMELY ARJUN SINGH AS HE SAID HE IS FROM CONSUMER DEPARTMENT.

This is my sincere request kindly take action about this LEARN N EARN APP when they first time approach me they interact only through watsapp now they are sending my empty signed paper with full writing they are warning me if I not pay they will do some thing wrong I know I didn't did anything wrong only after getting any service one should pay for some one so for others also please take strict action against them. I am searching for freelance work, on that time Anshika from Learn N Earn contact me to do registration process. I do registration after clarify with them no need to pay any fees or amount. They ask my aadhar card, selfie & digital signature for registration process. After that I not even attend any classes & not even get any courses from them. Today a person from that company blackmail me to pay 7000 rs or else they file a complaint against me like that. Please file a case against that Learn N Earn company....

Many are suffering from them. I heard a girl in pali attempted suicide like this kind of fake amount bickering company. Many fraudulent activities are helding....

I am a jobless man. I got a call from learn N Earn info that to offering me to join the 1 week course. They asked my aadhar card, my email id and my selfie and online signature. I did it. But I couldn't read full document. Now they are demanding Rs. 5999 + GST = Rs. 7079/- for fees to pay immediately. If I don't pay today then they will file legal case in consumer commission. Then I have to pay 50000 to 74000/- for court expenses.I am unemployed and I have a wife responsibility. I am not saying that I won't pay but I will pay in installments.Kindly guide me what to do....
