I purchased sari on Instagram her fashion house site ..they said easy return n refund policy .give me poor quality material n now still one month gone they not pick up it n not give me refund .I follow up them, every day say is week ho jayega bt abhi tak nhi huwa....

I ordered a lehanga n a suit worth INR 4500, THEY DELIVERED WRONG PRODUCT AND NOW NOT RETURNING THE SAME. They are also not answering the calls n messages.
It has been 20 days doing follow up, every time they say kal ho jayega pickup n all....

I have ordered saree from fashion universe and they have delivered very low quality and now I am trying to reach them for returning the product, i am unable to reach them.
I tried a one way, i had discussion with delivery agencies and discuss the matter and try to not make payment to them but that doesn't work out....

I have order the saree from Instagram site that site work for fashion universe. UG 1 shohel palace rampura near garden mill But the send me complicated defaulter saree Before order they told me about return and refund policy.
But after getting this product the didn't received my calls and didn't answer my messages ever. They are playing with customer emotions and trust. Boycott this company for giving default products and fake commitments....
