This complaint is against Fashchic15.I have ordered five to six tops from the site Fashchic15.com .Since there was no cash on delivery, I paid it online already but I haven't received the product till now. It's been a long time since I have paid the money and ordered it.The shipping site says it is waiting for ETA.Kindly do the needful as I have paid around 600 and i need the tops urgently. Please look into it as u don't want this much amount of mine to go into waste.

I placed this prepaid order and received no update on the delivery and also on the website it shows that i have not ordered anything yet but i have already paid for this particular order....

I placed an order for a few tops on the website. Proceeded to pay and then paid the whole amount. Waited, Waited and then waited some more. Tried contacting the. No response. Started sending them emails.

Still no response. And then they responded that I will receive the product soon and that there was a delay due to covid. I started looking for reviews and found that many who were cheated like me.

I kept sending emails. They responded to one or two. They kept saying that I will receive it soon. They even specified dates as to when i ll receive it. I never received anything. And then I called them out on it.

I told them that I will file a complaint if i don't receive my product or a refund. They then stopped responding to my emails. I Never received the product. I Lost my Money. I wanted to file a complaint but the procedures were complicated.

They have cheated many like me. People placing orders for thousands of rupees worth products are getting fooled. When i did more research, i found that they owned multiple fake sites of the sort. They need to be stopped....

I had ordered a lavender coords at there is a instagram page fashchic_ 15 . They are monetary fraud. And there is cash on delivery not available, so i prepaid for my stuff and i had ordered on 1july 2021 and didnt received yet.

They dont even reply or response to the message or emails.
It is humble request to you to take hard step against this.me and many of us grateful to you. Thank you. ...

I ordered 13 t-shirts from this website on date 4th July 2021 and i paid 1,282 rupees. they're not responding any message and email. Almost 2-3 month completed i didn't get my parcel.

I had send so many emails for order enquiry but they are not responding me....

I've placed a pre-paid order of 12 T-shirts on 23rd June 2021, today is 13 October 2021 it's been nearly 4 months I haven't received my order.

They're not responding to my e-mail or instagram DM....

I placed an order on 1st July 2021. It was a prepaid order. The mentioned delivery time was 10-25 days and I waited for a month but neither I received my order nor any message from them. Then I mailed them because there was no other contact details. I received there reply after few days saying I will receive my order by 15th September 2021.

Then again I waited till 15th September but haven’t received my product nor any message from them. That time I realised that it’s a spam and I mailed them again asking about my order but they gave another excuse so I asked them to refund my amount but no reply from them. It’s been 10 to 15 days now.

I don’t want anyone to suffer the same. It’s a waste of time and money. Please take a strict action against them. It’s a scam....

I ordered 10 tops which costs around 1000 rs on april 2021. I already paid money to them but still i didn't receive my order. They don't even replying mail or instagram messages. Please help me to get my order or else help me for refund....

I ordered from fashchic lik 3 months ago (3 items 350 rupees) they have still not given me any details about my order and they don't reply and have not agreed even to give refund, they keep ignoring my messages and when they rarely reply they say that they have some delay it's been more than 3 months.

I just need back my money and they never reply to the customers they say tat the order would reach within a month within a week but it's been 3 months and now when I enquire about my order they do not reply they say tat they don't have what I ordered and that they would give whatever is available.

I don't want anything available I just need a refund I paid money for it and I don't even get any response. I just want a refund I do not want their items anymore I also told them that I would complaint and they still don't have the courtesy to at least pay back my money.

There are many people who have had a complaint against this company please do contact them( I tried directly contacting but they don't provide any phone numbers). Please do they required as early as possible Thank you....

I have placed order on 15 august it was prepaid order of 800 rs or more. I didn’t got my product as well as no refund. They are not responding to mails and messages. I have tried contacting them but they are ignoring and not refunding my money. They also don't have any contact number on there website this is the worst site I have ever seen....
