I have applied student all routeDTC E Bus pass on 17.11.2023 payment of rs. 750.00 deducted in my account My Application No.is [Protected]my Phone No. is [Protected]application status application has been dispatched but i have not received my e-pass till now My Contact No. [Protected]....

I applied for an e bus pass on 19th September and received my e pass url on 20th , the link worked well for a week but now (from 30th September on wards) the link is opening but my e pass isn't showing , and when I click on regenerate e pass it says 'no such pass exists' . Also neither my friend's pass is showing....

I have submitted my e bus pass all Processes has done i bus pass view link revived but not open we try regenerate opyin on Google we fill pass number mobile number and date of birth and reced otp but its fill up option not found and try sindhi house ext number but it not pick number singnal time how make india digital my bus pass number is [Protected]AND MOBILE NUMBER IS [Protected]....

I HAVE MADE PAYMENT FOR MY STUDENT BUSS PASS WITH ALL DUE PROCESS COMPLETED . EVEN AFTER 2 DAYS I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY E BUSS PASS . AS MY DATE FOR USING THE PASS IS PASSING KINDLY PROVIDE ME THE BUSS PASS

AS I AM TRAVELING DAILY I HAVE TO MAKE PAYMENTS FOR TICKETS DESPITE HAVING THE BUSS PASS ID....

I applied for e-BussPass from DTC (Delhi Transport Corporation) on 23rd Feb, 2022. After the payment I received a mail from them (image attached below) which said "A link to view e-BussPass will be sent to your registered mobile no. and email within one working day."

But didn't receive any link from them as of now and it's already been more than a week. I sent them a mail on 24th Feb, 2022 at night regarding my query but they didn't respond to that.

I also called them many times but they never pick up any of my calls....

I ORDERED AN ELECTRONIC BUS PASS FOR 2 MONTHS DATED FROM 25/02/2022 TO 25/04/2022 ON DATE 24/02/2022 I COMPLETED THE PAYMENT PROCESS AND I RECEIVED A CONFORMATION MESSAGE THAT MY BUS PASS ID IS [Protected].

AND A LINK TO DOWNLOAD THE E BUS PASS WILL BE GIVEN TO ME WITHIN A DAY ON MY REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER AND ON MY EMAIL. BUT I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED MY E BUS PASS NUMBER EVEN AFTER A WEEK.

I CALLED THE DTC OFFICE FOR BUS PASS SECTION BUT NO ONE RECEIVED THE CALL AND SOMETIMES IT SAYS THE CALL IS BUSY AND SOMETIMES IT SAYS THE NUMBER IS INVALID.

I NEED MY MONEY BACK OR AN E PASS. the date of my bus pass is also getting used i have my mid sem break from 13 to 20 march after that i will have only 1 month left to use the pass please solve the issue as soon as possible....
