I am a student and needed money and came across the resume filling company. Yesterday I came to know it was a Scam. Today is my last day I have done 300+. I am in fear. Can you help me out please. 600 resume is very difficult to do. I worked like 14 hours a day but was able to complete 60 to 70 per day. Now I don't know what to do.
I don't know if the agreement is real or not. It was registered by my mother's name. I just need to get out of this. Please help me. It's my last day today. I know that they will start calling me for money. The whole thing is a Scam. please please help me....

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM AVNI SHAH ([Protected]) REGARDING CAPTCHA FILLING ONLINE AND SHE FORCEFULLY REGISTERED MY NAME AND ASKED FOR MY PERSONAL DOCUMENT (ADHAR CARD AND PAN CARD), I SHARED AS TO UTILISE MY LEISURE BUT WAS COMPLETELY AWARE OF THE PROCEDURE, SHE REGISTERED AND SUDDENLY I GOT MAIL INCLUDING LOGIN ID AND PASSWORD, SHE ASKED ME TO SHARE AND I SHARED.
BUT AFTER, DIDN'T PICKED MY CALLS NEITHER REPLIED TO MY MESSAGES AND NOW I AM RECEIVING CALLS FROM THE COURT, AS TO CLEAR THE DUES OR THEY WILL TAKE ME TO THE COURT. I DIDN'T SIGNED ANY DOCUMENTS STILL THEY ARE CLAIMING THAT I AM GUILTY AND I NEED TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT.

The job was to type 7000 capcha in 7 days mujhe laga ye fraud h kyuki pehle din hi server issue agaya h or call sabka switched off h please meri koi help kijiye mei medical entrance ka tayyari kr raha hu or ghr walo ko support krne ke liye part time job krna chahta tha ab agar wo 3 din tak band aya to muje unhe 5500 rupe pay krne padege joki mere liye possible ni h please meri help kijiye koi.

I would like to lodge complaint against HV Technologies for fooling the people by giving the work of typing 7000 captcha codes in a week and for per captcha they gives Rs 3 and for a week it becomes 21000.
I started work with them. From somewhere I got the news about the company that the company is fraud and fooling the people. After they asking for money to get the rid from legal actions. After knowing that I stop the work and now they are threatning me to file a complaint against me and asking me for money.
They send me some kinds of notices or messages that seems to be fake. I am ignoring their messages.
Kindly please help me to get rid of this matter.

I checked part time job in google and found this resume to fill job. I contact her and one lady forced me to signed in contract without giving time. After I signed she was very rude and she told I will receive details in mail.but I didn't receive mail. Now I checked in google and found they are fraud. Now what I do. Kindly help me.

Resume To Fill: The site resume to fill is harassing people in the name of giving part time jobs.At first they calls and convince us to do the job and say we can do it in mobile. Then they take our I'd proofs and forces us to sign the contract without reading the terms and condition.
Then they say we have to fill 600 resumes within 7days and 90% accuracy is must which is impossible and when people fail to submit they are demanding penalty charge that is 5000/-+ GST or else they will take legal action under Many act then we have to pay high amount in the court by hiring a lawyer.
This will decrease our CIBIL score and we will never get any government or private job in future.This fraud company is harassing people and decreasing our mental health.

Be Aware of Fraud Data Entry Websites offering Work From Home/ Resume To Fill/ Form Filling & Captcha Work.
We have seen various job offerings on Quikr, Times Jobs and other job sites which offer Work From Home, Data Entry, Captha Form Filling and Resume filling jobs. We carefully investigated all these sites and found all are fraud.
List of Fraud Data Entry/ Captcha Companies-
These Data Entry Fraud Companies, in real, are not the companies; these are only online fraud shops and making fool to innocent people.
We found that some guys in Gujarat, Rajasthan and Maharashtra (as they mention their addresses on their website) are running fake websites for last 2-3 years or more. They offer Work From Home/ Data Entry/ Captcha Form Filling or Resume Filling Jobs to people by posting their ads on Quikr, TimesJobs and other job sites.
Needy students, housewives and other unemployed people accept their offer and start Data Entry and Captcha Jobs/ Resume Fill Jobs. After then these data entry fraud sites send them an agreement, which is also fake, and it is printed on a Fake Stamp Paper. In this agreement they mention their terms and conditions like - "if you will fail to complete the data entry work/ captcha form work/ resume fill work on time/ or use another computer or device/ or low accuracy/ or leave the work after signing agreement, you will have to pay the penalty of Rs. 7500 or more". They also demand Pan Card and Aadhar Card details of user.
The game starts now…, these data entry captcha fraud firms provide login ID and password to start the work. Now they start demanding money from users using below tricks-
If users do not pay them such amount, they start sending them Fake Legal Notices, Fake Court Messages and at last they send them fake FIR and Arrest Warrants etc. As almost victims are students and housewives, so they scared of their parents and family, and do not disclose this matter to their family and get depressed. Some students arrange money to pay them, but after paying them the fee, a new notice is sent by fraudsters to pay more amounts for issuing NOC.
We also found that, many of them have already paid them like Rs. 20000, Rs. 40,000 or more. But they are still blackmailing them to pay more.
As we checked various complaints submitted on Complaint Room by students/ housewives/ poor people, It is very painful that they work hard for 10-20 days; day and night, but at the end, they get threatening and blackmailing emails and calls from these fraud guys, instead of the remuneration for their hard work.
Some fraudsters are also threatening the users that if they will not pay the money, they will misuse their Aadhar Card and Pan Card. One user on Complaint Room says that – “he has already paid more than 60,000 rupees, but they are still demanding more money”.
In a message sent by these fraudsters they say- "Pay Rs. 8000/- to 9817O76933 (googlepay, phonepay, paytm) and send the screenshot to INSPECTOR AJAY 9817O76933 whatsapp/ or mail to inspector at ahmedabadpolice.co.in;
In above message it is clear that on which number they are demanding money, same number is of Inspector Ajay.
We have also noticed that they have also registered the domains same as government sites like ahmedabadpolice.co.in and ahmedabadhighcourt.in, from where they send threatening emails to innocent people and demand money.
These people are using all illegal activities to threaten people, and giving so much harassment to them. Complaint Room has received so many complaints regarding this scam, and some of users say that they will have to do suicide if matter not resolved or if the matter comes to their family.

- "You have used another device or IP to complete the work, so your ID is blocked/, pay portal charges to unblock your ID" etc. OR
- "You have left the work and breached the contract and so on... pay the penalty of Rs. 7500/- or something, else ready to face legal proceedings.."
If users do not pay them such amount, they start sending them Fake Legal Notices, Fake Court Messages and at last they send them fake FIR and Arrest Warrants etc. As almost victims are students and housewives, so they scared of their parents and family, and do not disclose this matter to their family and get depressed. Hello I registered to Resume to fill from MONSTER JOBS they said that they will pay 18000 for 600 Resumes which was impossible to complete them in 7 days but At the 6th day there site stopped i complained everywhere but they said Time is complete Mam you can't do anything now they just do it to earn money so that person is unable to complete the work but i completed the resumes anyhow on 7th day but I saw it now they have failed all my resumes will they start asking money i m really scared....
