I didn't receive what i have ordered, they send q different product of low quality.. And now i have send them so many emails for return and refund but no reply from their side.. The contact number they have provided is out of service.. Disgusting!!!...

They sent cheap quality wrong item. First time I ordered. I should have checked reviews before order. They didn’t come for return also. It’s all fake. Please take action on this site....

I ordered a frock for my baby girl 1 st birthday it was yellow colour pearl s frock, they sent me totally different and it was red colour and such a fraud web it is, they spoiled my baby's 1st birthday, it was totally disappointed very low quality it looks so bad and ugly and its price is too high, I sent mail there is no reply , I sent message no response, I want to contact customer care there no phone number they don't have any responsibility to solve Customers complaints against their product related problems....

I have ordered on 2nd September from Childird.in a Rose Pink Silk Party Wear (product no 1006), but today on 3 September when i received the product is totally different. It's Yellow Colour Net Single Shoulder (Product no : 1052 (yellow Frock).

In there policy its clearly mentioned that we can return the product within 7 days. When i have called them their number is nt working and they are not responding on email aswell. I have 852rs (COD)....

I have purchase a product this is fake company they will not respond to your any mail or call please don’t waste your money worst experience...

I had purchased a baby frock from them after watching the pictures available on their website. But the dress I received was very different from the pictures. It was of cheap quality and was stitched at home by some ignorant person.

Then i realised that not even a single picture on their website is original. They have stolen it from some other website and trying to make counterfeit product. Not only this when I argued with them for my refund they agreed only when I threatened them of going to consumer court.

They then asked me to send the product to the given address and they said they will process my refund as soon as they will receive the product. So I did send the product on my own expense but after receiving the product they are not even replying to me.

Means they lied to me and kept the product as well without processing my refund. The courier itself cost me Rs.120 and the dress was of Rs. 1095, So the total amount of loss is of Rs.1215/-.

Their customer support number is also wrong and nobody responds on the given mail id. They don't even know how to speak to a customer on whatsapp. These people are complete frauds.

Kindly look into the matter and please shut down their website in order to protect other consumers....

This is a fraud site, they sent me extremely low quality products (I ordered two frocks) and the price was quite high. Earlier they declined to return the products but then they asked me to return the products.

And After returning the products, they are not refunding me my amount, and not even responding to my calls and messages. Such a scammer they are. Their phone number- [Protected], address- 312, Capital Plaza near sadar farm Yogi chowk, Surat- 395010.

I Ordered a frock for My Brother's New Born Baby Girl. But the product I received was not even something near to the product I Ordered. The customer care also refused for a refund. Cut throat cheats....

The product shows in their website is not even nearly same as what they send. The order i received was different color , stitching done from white color thread, it was all visible and the worst that extra threads were al over the dress.

The net used was very rough not recommended for babies. One get trapped paying so much for a very cheap product. On top of it they very nicely write " if you don't like the order we are happy to return" but when you ask for return they do not respond.

They do not care about customer experience. I think all they want the customers to be fooled at least one time as customer will be left with no option than staying with what they have received for the amount they have paid.

Their return policy mentioned does not match with their operation. As per them no return will be done they only will replace with the same product....
