I booked ticket for my sister on 6th may 2023 from ranchi to Bangalore through budgetticket.in but due to some issue flight cancelled, but when I querry for refund process to budgetticket.in they said they have started the process of refund and ask to wait for sometime. Till date there is no respond from budgetticket.in. and I haven't get any refund amount yet. The amount is 5975. It's been almost 3 months and I have get any refund amount.

Also try to connect customer care no but no response. This is very serious issue when they are neither responding not giving refundable amount. They were just sending me the same things that we have already processed with the refund amount,the moment they get any kind of information they will get back to me and this continuously happening with me from the past 3 months.i request you to kindly take strict action on this company and get refund process on urgent basis.
