Want to send email to consumer forum regarding Budget Ticket Company. I booked a ticket from Delhi to Kolkata on 11.01.2023 through Budget Ticket Portal link amount Rs 6741.81/- was deducted from my SBI Credit Card but ticket was not booked. Immediately I have highlighted to Budget Ticket Help Desk No but they have confirmed within 5-7 working days.
It will be credited in same payment mode but still not happen. Budget ticket communicated money was refunded to my account. But I have attached my bank transaction details later on 11th Oct'23 screenshot still this same amount not credited. Please support to get this money refund.
