I booked 3 round trip tickets from Kolkata to Guwahati on 3 Jul’23. Received one way confirmation and for return tickets they said, will refund your amount in 5-7 days. Today is 21 Jul’23 and they still did not released my money.

Every time their customer agent are sending same response “sorry for the inconvenience, bla bla bla” but no sign of money refund. This site is fake and looting customers money. I don’t understand why “Skyscanner” site is showing budgetticket name in their websites, when they know about their poor services. May be they also getting some commission.
