I made a reservation for a flight with reference number [Protected]; paid via GPAY from mumbai to delhi. however, the booking process was unsuccessful, citing an 'unknown error.' Unfortunately, attempts to contact customer care by phone have been unsuccessful. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. This appears to be a scam. I wrote a mail too but no reply from there team.
