I read the bad reviews but still decided to go ahead with the booking as the deal was lucrative. They were selling ticket at 6k whereas others were in the range of 13k.

Once I made the payment, the booking didn't complete and I am left with my money stuck with them and no tickets. They showed following messages to me and now I've to chase after them. Soemthing which could have been a 2 min thing with Cleartrip, Makemytrip or Yaatra is now a 2 day thing.

I received following message after the money was deducted from my account Oops, Your Booking didn't go through, Your Payment has been received by us, Our Backend team will try to confirm the booking offline and send an Email Confirmation to you within 20 minutes. PLS DO NOT TRY TO BOOK THE TICKET AGAIN, IN CASE OF ANY DISCREPANCY IN FARE WE WILL CALL YOU BACK WITHIN 20 MINUTES.

This could be because of below reasons.

- The Fare you selected is sold out during the booking process.
- Connection Error with the Airline System.
