Booked ticket on 11.08 for Darbhanga to Mumbai on SG 116. WeGo application was showing cheapest ticket for Rs. 6118. I paid the amount and transaction wad successful with ref no. B11UB65Z62.I received call after 3-4 hours that my booking was not confirmed and need to pay extra 1270. I paid that amount as i was busy at that time.
After coming back when i checked the fair was around 6600.00 and they charged me more than 7300.00 that too without giving invoice for extra amount of 1270. When contacted customer care they sent me new invoice for total amount. When i asked if there is change in rate in between transaction should be decline. How is it possible that rate gets increased after transaction is completed.
First they show cheap fare and then they increase fare and don't release the ticket. To save customers it is needed to keep checks on such website. They are just interested in making money at any cost without having any respect for customers. Moreover they don't follow the process.
If transaction is completed invoice should be generated automatically and notified to the respective mail of customers. If really a change in fare system should throw error while booking, transaction should not be successful.
