BTC Dana: Deposited money not refunded

I have Btc daana app and I do trading in this app. On 16 September 2022. I deposited 10 us dollars in their account thru paytm Money deducted from bank account but not deposited in trading account. I tried help from their customer care.

But surprisingly no live chat available. And nothing in app which can help or support me.. It is cheating .in their telegram group. I saw too many people are loosing money like this. I'm sending screenshot of paid amount. Please take action against these fraud apps.

I deposited $26 for over two days and another $10 until now is yet to relict on my trading account i have the proof. please someone should help
