I could like to make a complaint against BSNL Broadband Fiber for charging me extra amount for the BSNL connection. I have called to the BSNL exchange which is the point of contact.
And they was not able to justify the extra amount and didn't give me a solution for this issue. They are still switching between themselves and forcing me to pay the extra amount.
I have taken a BSNL fiber broad band connection on the month of December 2021 and for the month of December 2021, I have payed one time charge of 1500 for the month of Dec 2021 (attached the bill for the same), and again they have charged me with 1500 for the month of January 2022.
I have called to officer responsible for Fiber connections (0[Protected]) and reported this complaint on second week of Feb 2022, and I was told that I will get a call back from the respective team.
but no update from anyone. Due date for the payment is on 19th Feb 2022. Looking forward to raise this complaint.
